This wreath panel was inspired the holly and ivy we see at the festive holiday time.
It is an acrylic painting and I spray painted over a beautiful vintage American Battenberg piece of lace that had been damaged. It could no longer be used at a table but now it can live on forever in fabric.
Lace is such an intricate and beautiful pattern it is the perfect backdrop for this botanical wreath.
The photo is of the amazing strike-off so you can see what it will look like on fabric.
