This art quilt is easier then it looks! 7 Tulip panels are cut out and raw edge appliqued on to a hand painted canvas backdrop. You then take embellishments from your stash like tulle and silk sari ribbon, lay them over your tulips and sew them right on. If you feel like you made a mistake just add some more on top of it. It's meant to be a liberating use of your creativity, so just relax and have fun!
The finished quilt will measure roughly 48x72. It includes 7 flowers total and your hand painted canvas piece.
